Worst Customer Support Ever! Bought the TV in December, 5 months later the streaming part stopped working after 4 calls to Vizio support. I gave up and bought a new TV. When they called Vizio support all they did was read from the email and got me to factory reset the TV which didn't work. Each call lasted about 45 minutes after which they told me the TV was fine although all the other equipment in my house works fine and the new TV I bought works fine. Last call to Vizio support with the rosters screaming in the background, you can't make that up lol. Now I have a 5 month old TV that is useless to me.
