. The product has many good features but can be a bit difficult to understand. Can't adjust the audio balance and can't find any information about it. Great picture and transfer. I wish the products came with user manuals to help.

The TV has a great picture. The only problem is that it's too slow to respond to the remote when switching between apps. Sometimes after waiting a few seconds I press the button again and then 2 apps move. This can sometimes be a bit annoying.

Terrible TV. Tells me "Internet not detected" every time I open it, even though the network tab says I'm really connected to a full signal. You have to restart the TV several times before it works. The interface is extremely slow. Worst TV I've ever bought

This TV is very slow to start up and respond to commands from the remote and it keeps freezing when I try to watch something. I know it's not my internet as it's 4 meters from the router and I have 2 other TVs and 3 tablets and can see them with no problem. I'm glad I only bought it for my guest room/office so it doesn't get used often. But if you want something you can watch an entire movie on without getting frustrated, don't buy this TV.

Very light weight, great colors, easy setup, but I use an outdoor antenna and watch a lot of local channels The remote system is not intuitive and there is no dedicated (TV )- button that takes me to channels from the antenna. Worst Customer Support Ever! Bought the TV in December, 5 months later the streaming part stopped working after 4 calls to Vizio support. I gave up and bought a new TV. When they called Vizio support all they did was read from the email and got me to factory reset the TV which didn't work. DO NOT BUY THIS TV! Have been using this TV for less than a month and right out of the box it had nothing but issues. The TV slows down considerably, up to 3 seconds registering the pressing of a button on the remote control. The cast barely works half the time.
