Customer service is the best! I received this product shortly after I placed my order. The stitching on the outer rubber casing seemed to be unraveling. As this will be used on a boat I figured the waterproofing would be compromised. I emailed Revain and within minutes I had the shipping labels printed out, allowed to return the product (free of charge) and another product on the way. I received the replacement within two days (amazing service) and it was in perfect condition. I haven't had a chance to use it on a boat yet, but I've concentrated and used them around the neighborhood and at dusk (not for anything kinky). Image magnification and sharpness are excellent. Low-light clarity is also very good. The product is a bit bulky and heavy, but not so bad that I would ditch it. Smaller folks (females) might not like the height and weight that much, but they're pretty durable and look like they could take a beating. Fantastic value for money and absolutely the best customer service and back to business policy (thanks Revane) I will update once I use them on the boat. Would I buy again? In a heartbeat I also recommend considering the cost and customer service in particular.
