Customer service is the best! I received this product shortly after I placed my order. The stitching on the outer rubber casing seemed to be unraveling. As this will be used on a boat I figured the waterproofing would be compromised. I emailed Revain and within minutes I had the shipping labels printed out, allowed to return the product (free of charge) and another product on the way.
