I use this product every day, all morning at the office and I love it! Definitely recommend to a friend. If your mug is full, it will at least keep your drink warm. When I've drunk the last third of my coffee or tea, it stays nice and hot. If I leave my coffee creamer on the heater for too long the cream in it will boil leaving behind sticky drips which is quite nasty if you accidentally drink it but remember to sip from time to time and shake it and maybe don't stop it. a little warmer between sips and you'll be fine. It works best on regular ceramic mugs and doesn't seem to work at all on my thick metal mug. . The small light on the front isn't very noticeable to other people, as is the faint click it makes when activated after you've placed a cup on it. It gets very hot, but not so ridiculously hot that I'm worried it's a fire hazard. 10/10 I would buy again! I can't imagine not having it.
