Really wanted to love this oven. I do not like that. It must be preheated before each function. I used it to roast chicken. I warmed up for 20 minutes. Roast the chicken for 22 minutes. oven off. The chicken needs more time. The oven was hot so I tried adding 10 minutes. Had to warm up for 18 minutes. It took over an hour to cook 4 chicken thighs. My old air fryer cooks chicken thighs in 20-22 minutes. My large oven cooks them in 40 minutes after 10 minutes of preheating. I will be returning this stove. It's slow and uncomfortable.
