Really wanted to love this oven. I do not like that. It must be preheated before each function. I used it to roast chicken. I warmed up for 20 minutes. Roast the chicken for 22 minutes. oven off. The chicken needs more time. The oven was hot so I tried adding 10 minutes. Had to warm up for 18 minutes. It took over an hour to cook 4 chicken thighs.
