Review on 🚰 VEVOR Stainless Steel Water Distiller 745W - 1.0 Gallon/4.2 L Home Countertop Kit - Distillation System with Glass Container and Food-Grade Outlet - Digital Panel-Red by Candace Ortiz

It took me a long time to assemble it - the glass jug should have a handle and two steel frames. It also took me some time to figure out the ideal temperature for distilling water. I tried 108 C, but the "E" came too soon. I did a little research and found that water boils at 100°C. So I use 101°C and in 3 hours I get 3-1/2 liters. Not exactly a gallon but I run it twice every other day. I clean it with citric acid (stainless steel inner pot) after each use and it helps. I haven't had this device for very long and there is no phone number for the company that provides product information and the manual is short. Do I have 1 year warranty on this product? If I do that, shouldn't there be a way to register it with the company? Also, there is no company name on the product itself. The block is also larger than I expected but does a very good job of distilling. Also, it does NOT tell you that once the distilling is complete the fan will turn off and show an "E" which according to the manual "E" means it's overheated. Anyway, I just hope it lasts a few years because I was really obsessed with which burner to get. I love this one and red makes me happy and goes well with my kitchen!
