I like how fast they respond when there is an issue or question with their products! They have software programs (like my payroll program) which are free but only if we use them in conjunction with another product/service - this limits what type(s) of companies / businesses we work best w/. Sometimes it takes forever just getting someone back about something simple such as requesting information regarding pricing options vs contracts etc.. We've also found some issues where specific features don't seem fully functional yet available elsewhere at lower cost than using Tech Soup's version; however overall satisfaction has been high because 1.) Their customer service department responds quickly 2.). Support staff seems knowledgeable 3). The prices tend be reasonable 4).
