If you are looking for a high-quality smartphone camera, you will not find it in plug-in webcams in this price range. Basically, you can get a $70-$80 Logitech camera for a lot less. Plug and play, nothing could be simpler. If you need OBS software, just search "Open Broadcast Software". That's great.
