Just got this for a 1973 International pickup 345 and it bolted on and started right away. I have yet to get it out and test it but so far everything indicates that it performs much better than the standard carb I've had for years and it appears to be poorly designed. The only thing to note is that the air filter has stopped working. fits as this one has a large bodice (about 5 inches wide). The local auto parts store had an air filter that could be fixed, but it's so big it's getting caught in the plenum box on the engine and now I'm looking for a seat (Edelbrock 8092 Air Cleaner Spacer) and hoping it doesn't is not too high and gets stuck in the bonnet.
