First, they come completely disassembled. This is normal as you will need to install the panels and then reassemble them. I assembled one and then used it as a guide for everyone, then disassembled the one I assembled, installed it and then reassembled it. The raise and lower mechanism rotates on 2 6mm screws that go through 3/32 metal pieces. I don't think they hold up to everyday use. In a household store with occasional use, they should be fine. The real rollers can be easily swapped out if you find they aren't working. They contain the thinnest wrenches to assemble them. Wrenches are a good idea, but they cannot be used. They don't have instructions, but they're pretty easy to understand. They say the kit comes with a template for installation, but I didn't receive it. Everything fits together well. The holes were the right size. They include mounting screws, which was a very pleasant surprise. Worth the price.
