I purchased the rails in January 2020 after falling off a porch ladder on a very cold morning. Delivered on time, unpacking was easy. I would also like to say that the installation went well. My only issue is that after a month a couple of them are sagging, they are no longer flush with the step. I'm not sure why or if I can share them. But I want to try. Overall, I'm happy with this product and I'm no longer afraid of falling. They are absolutely non-slip and my dog goes up and down stairs with no problem. I bought a set for my daughter to use in her house.
