Put the numbing cream on at 9:30 wrapped my leg up my tattoo app was at 12 but we wiped it off and laid stencil then didn’t get started till 1:30 ish and I was able to get a 5 hr session in prior to it wearing off and I felt nothing! It also helped me have absolutely no swelling at all I highly recommend this numbing cream!
