So just wanted to repeat what others have said. For some reason the maker of these high quality and beautiful hinges has used some type of glue on the hinge pins and the hinge pins are EXTREMELY difficult to remove. I used a vise on the first hinge and pulled out the pin, but in doing so I found that I had bent the hinge and couldn't install it. You can literally stick a needle in your skin and turn a hard drive upside down and it will stick to your skin. Absolutely awful, I hope this is some kind of bug and not intentional. I ended up thinking outside the box and basically doused the hinges in WD-40 and let them soak a bit. I then place the loop upside down on a roll of electrical tape to support the loop and not damage it, but leave it in the center of the area where the loop can knock out. I used a hammer and punch to knock the pin out. It definitely took a few nudges, but eventually the pin came out. Could they clean the pins with lots of WD 40 and then put a suitable lube on them when reinstalling. So avoid this until the manufacturer decides to use something better than hinge glue, but if you missed the reviews and are stuck I hope this review helps.
