The gloves have a good fit and finish. While not perfect protection, they are VERY well ventilated and the ankle padding is more durable than I thought. Even if the size is a bit strange. Measuring my hand according to Scorpion's instructions, I'm way down in the 2XL. But my hands are oddly proportioned, I have large hands but relatively short fingers. Still, the glove fits the hand almost perfectly, but the fingers are the perfect length for my short fingers. My guess is that people with normal hand proportions might want to go up a size when purchasing these gloves.
