Great for the price!
I bought a folding bike and attached it to a concrete pillar in the courtyard. I needed a weather cover to protect my bike, it was the smallest cover I could find. It is very light and has a strap with a clasp to attach the bar. It seems to suit my needs well, easy to put on and take off, hasn't been tested in the rain but stayed in place in quite a bit of wind.
- The special design buckle at the bottom can stabilize the bike cover
