When I bought this device in 2017, most of the functions worked. I had trouble updating the device but I managed to get it working. The battery failed in the first three months. I emailed the manufacturer 9 times and got no response. Shortly thereafter, it stopped displaying video from the cameras. I contacted the manufacturer again with no result. The only feature that worked consistently was DVM. Fiber optic skills are useless as there is no information on how to use them. It became a $600 paperweight in 2018 due to the lack of tech support. There are now many better testers on the market that are far more reliable. whistles if they don't work.
