I'm a hotheaded tester and that's pretty nice.

I've had it for a month or two now and I use it every day and boy do I love this product. The light intensities of the fiber are also good. It would be nice if he could do "Fluke" level testing for the same price, I wish someone would choose Fluke. But overall good value for money for this tool.

Great tester with great functionality for a great .

Excellent tester with great functionality at a great price. The fiber test tool works great and gives a fairly accurate decibel loss. IP camera and network tools work well after setup. An excellent multi-tool for working with the camera. I remember paying more for handheld analog cameras years ago.

Quickly solves everyday problems

We bought this device to reduce debugging time of video surveillance systems (TVI) and IP cameras. In addition to configuring cameras, this tool is indispensable for cable troubleshooting. The simplified menu and screen layout means we can start using it right away. We also use it to troubleshoot CAT5e issues caused by bad cable installation by other installers. A real sale to our customers brings results.

The instructions are very bad. The quality is borderline.

When I bought this device in 2017, most of the functions worked. I had trouble updating the device but I managed to get it working. The battery failed in the first three months. I emailed the manufacturer 9 times and got no response. Shortly thereafter, it stopped displaying video from the cameras. I contacted the manufacturer again with no result. The only feature that worked consistently was DVM. Fiber optic skills are useless as there is no information on how to use them. It became a $600โ€ฆ

I bought this tester about 1.5 years ago, it worked fine for about a year, but that's where the 4 star rating ends. I give 1 star for the service. I was told I would have to send it back to China for repairs. Isn't there somewhere in the US that can fix this tester! Before purchasing, you can find out where this product can be repaired if it fails you. ****WOW**** I should reconsider my review!
