I bought this tester about 1.5 years ago, it worked fine for about a year, but that's where the 4 star rating ends. I give 1 star for the service. I was told I would have to send it back to China for repairs. Isn't there somewhere in the US that can fix this tester! Before purchasing, you can find out where this product can be repaired if it fails you. ****WOW**** I should reconsider my review! Wsdcam tech support team contacted me about repairing my camera tester and said they would send a new unit, very impressive customer service! In my first rating, I gave the IPC tester four stars because I really liked all the functions and the one star was given for customer service. As I sit and write this updated review, I realize that my initial review wasn't very fair. I would certainly like to see a state of the art repair center but what great service straight from China. I have to provide this product and support to live up to the five star rating. Thanks guys from China! I will buy more of these testers as my techs need them.
