Okay, but first you need to remove the control bead.
It didn't take long to install. The clips that come with the kit suck. I have the best brackets on it. My friend told me to remove the control ball before installing it. Not me. Well, after about 1 month the control ball got stuck and prevented the auxiliary tank from filling the main tank. The flag is metal but in a square piece of plastic. I think that after some time the plastic deformed a bit due to the diesel fuel and the ball joint didn't move. There wasn't any trash in it. It's 2 on 2 with the control ball stuck. Simply pry off the end of the metal fitting and remove the plastic and control ball assembly. I've been riding for 2 weeks now. No problem and it will flow a lot more, filling the primary tank faster.
