This should be very easy to install and in theory it's a great idea. But the template attached to the hole drilling product is not correct. (It deviates about 1/2 inch). This indicates that the holes must be drilled too close together. This does not take into account the need to extract and lock the bottom screw. Our walls are now in a mess because we need to drill the 2nd set of holes. I had to use different anchors - the first two were set into the wall and couldn't be removed. Since the holes had to be countersunk, they are now in a spot where the dowels didn't go in easily (The first ones fitted fine.) It's a mess on a freshly painted wall and the hanger holder is now unstable.
