The product itself is superb. Developed for the professional cyclist. Much more powerful than I need, but I wanted this model to have other features (downhill, road feel, etc.). The package arrived unsealed. The parts pack and the instructions pack have been opened. Although nothing was missing and the unit appears to be working, the item was listed as 'new' and clearly was not. If the item has previously been returned or repaired, this must be stated on the website. I plan to keep the item for myself and risk it not being a used or demo unit, but I am disappointed that the seller - Brands Cycle and Fitness - left it a review and will update the review when he contacts me for a solution
