What a great machine when set up properly. I bought a new Shimano cassette with a trainer and the TACX manual didn't make it clear that you need two washers before you unscrew the tensioner cap. If the smaller gears are loose (and wobble a bit), you'll need another washer. There are videos on YouTube that will also show you what to do.
