This is a great exercise bike that is VERY quiet. The LED lights on the bottom are super cool, and the "road feel" is also very cool. I have two recommendations for this article. First watch the assembly video on YouTube. The instructions that come with the item are not very clear. The second recommendation is to get a thru-axle adapter in case of a broken disc. There are a couple of adapters in the box to attach the cassette to the machine, but not for a thru-axle in case the disc breaks. You have to pay another $50 for the right adapter and here is the link: It's great and I would buy this item again anytime.
