Review on IM Loyalty by Kory Shelton

I love the ability to create campaigns and track them. It is easy to add customer data and send out rewards. I really like the ability to set up rules to send out rewards to customers based on their behavior. I wish there was a way to have the system send out the reward directly to the customer. I do not like that sometimes the system does not send out rewards and I have to call the customer to find out why. We have been using this system for a few years now and it has been a great help to us. We have been able to track all of our customer's rewards with this system. I have been able to create campaigns and track them easily. I also have been able to send out rewards to customers who have earned them.
