While the product appears to be well-made, there is a strong potential for confusion during its assembly.Specifically, one would naively expect that all parts that come in pairs and are not right-left symmetric should come in both right and left versions - yet they do not, and the assembly instructions do not clarify this. This is why my original impression was that the package I had received contained wrong parts: two right stands instead of one right and one left. The two stands (which dub as the lower support bars) have indentations that nicely accommodate the lower crossbar. So I would expect these indentations be on the opposite sides of the right and left bars. What is included, however, are two identical bars with the indentation on the same side, meaning that one of them cannot accommodate the crossbar in the same way the way the other one does -- see photos for details.The vertical stands are not completely right-left symmetric either, and you only get one kind.This led me to postpone the assembly until I contact the company and request the replacement parts. The guy I spoke to, Mike, was very nice and explained that those asymmetries are simply a result of the manufacturing process and do not matter for the actual assembly (contrary to the appearance). He was, of course, correct - I have assembled the rack from the parts included even id the result is not 100% symmetric. It would be much simpler if this was mentioned in the instructions though, and that's why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
