This worked really well for me. I had a 5 gallon bucket of Sasho sealant. I used to use a very large caulking gun that sucked caulk into a very large tube. I no longer have that gun. Once I figured out how to fill this pipe with a spoon and dowel, it worked just like any 10" joint pipe. Note that the insert will feel very stiff at the bottom of the tube as you push it in. inside, but it seals the bottom of the tube well when the gun is in use.
