Fell apart on first use!

The Dewalt Hawk fell apart after first use. Was at work, needed repairs. The rivets that attach the plate to the base of the handle do not engage the plate. Gathered back and knocked out the rivets with a punch. Would be a good tool if it didn't fall apart on first use. Should have returned it but he had to keep working.

Pros

Simple hollow design to fit a scaffolding post or baker's station.
