Suitable for foil pans
The size is right, but the shape is a bit unsuitable for use on standard hotel steel pans. They work, but the angles are a little iffy. They are ideal for foil pans with rounded corners. The lids are fairly durable and most importantly don't need to be washed; simply straight to recycling.
