The product has difficulty cutting through some items such as playing cards and some papers found in cheap wallets. It also has difficulty cutting through the cardboard used to deliver the product. The end where you unscrew it to change blades comes off pretty easily and that's what you have to hold on to (picture of a handle with a non-slip design). Blades often bent when cutting without a test edge, I thought it might be me. I believe this would work great for use like the pictures show, a large flat surface with a straight metal edge cutting one sheet of base paper at a time. If you're looking for this for arts and crafts, it seems like it won't work.
