Better grip on the blade would be nice.

I bought this as a cutting upgrade that came with the starter model kit hoping it would make cutting easier with a better blade, but I was wrong. The hardware looks good, but when you load the blade into the holder and tighten it, it doesn't seem to tighten very well unless you're holding it a certain way. Then when you tighten it as tight as you can, work with it a bit, it will loosen up a bit within a couple of hours.

Terrible packaging from manufacturers and Revain

I received this package today and haven't really used it but I had to come here and let everyone know to be very careful when opening the package. I opened mine and this is what I saw. The blades fell apart everywhere in the package because the small plastic holders came open during shipping. No padding or extra pillow has been added to the mailing list. The product has difficulty cutting through certain items such as playing cards and some papers found in a cheap bag.

The product has difficulty cutting through some items such as playing cards and some papers found in cheap wallets. It also has difficulty cutting through the cardboard used to deliver the product. The end where you unscrew it to change blades comes off pretty easily and that's what you have to hold on to (picture of a handle with a non-slip design).
