My 2010 car has a standard 'low tire pressure' light on the dash but unlike newer models it doesn't indicate which tire needs checking . VSTM overcomes this problem and, even better, it reports the actual pressure of each tire. Readings don't exactly match handheld meters, but are self-consistent. Shortly after purchasing the VSTM, I tightened a bolt in the right front wheel, which resulted in a slow leak that deflated the tire within two to three days. Accordingly, when the low tire pressure warning appeared, I could tell that it was a real problem and not just an "under-inflation" problem. Very good considering the low price of this device. Unfortunately, the device failed after a few months, which was also due to the battery, which was also reported by other customers. However, customer service happily agreed to ship a new device for free other than writing this review. I hope the new block lasts a little longer.
