VSTM TPMS: Solar Power Universal Wireless Car Alarm System with 4 External Sensors, Real-time Pressure & Temperature Alerts for Safe Driving Review

I have this for my Pontiac G6 06. I have a slow tire leak so I got this so I know exactly when to add air. Barometric pressure is fairly accurate, but temperature readings vary by 10 degrees on all monitors. So I'm deducting 1 star for accuracy. The rest is very good so far. The only thing I don't like is that when the tire pressure drops enough to trigger the alarm, it sounds for too long and repeats every few minutes. This is very annoying.

Simply screw the four gauges onto the valve stems, secure the display unit to the top of the dashboard with the double-sided tape provided and it's installed. Another thing is to set it up to read tire pressure. The instructions, written by a Chinese citizen who thinks he can speak English, were very confusing. Better than my Toyota's signal light. Disappointed with this device. Based on the reviews I was hoping it would last at least a couple of rides. Unfortunately, the pressure and temperature readings were far from accurate. I was a bit disappointed to discover that my new Honda Civic does not have individual TPMS sensors in each tire but instead uses the ABS system to measure the RPM difference detect to determine if a tire is under-inflated, as it doesn't tell you which tire is (probably) under-inflated, and it doesn't give you any information about the pressure in each tire.
