Purchased this camera in January 2021 after checking all the reviews online and YouTube. I had Cuddeback, Busnell, Kodiak and Wild Game cameras. In the spring I used them a little at home, just to test. Everything worked fine, good picture, good video, no problems. In July I took it to the woods, I set it up about 6 feet in a tree on my property at a slight downward angle. I left it there for about 3 weeks. I went back to check it out and noticed condensation had formed in the camera lens and access door. Took it off and brought it home to dry. A week later I put it back in the same place. I went back to check it out last week and found the lens windows were fogged up. I opened the front door and little ants ran in. It wouldn't turn on, so I opened the battery compartment and there were about 100 ants running around. They built a nest in the chamber. Everything was closed so apparently the seals were leaking and that's why water and ants got in. The SD card was also corrupted. . He said I could try to send it and they would let me know. I gave him my email address and he read and sent it to me, he will send the warranty return information as soon as possible. 4 days have passed and the email still hasn't arrived. Very disappointed with the water and ant protection of this camera. You'd think that for $190 they could at least get that basic function right. Also disappointed with the service at the moment. I'll probably trade $190 for a camera that will only last about a month of my pet cats on my lawn around my house. Chris L
