Fantastic! Light weight, very strong metal construction, low profile and exceptional price. I have nothing bad to say about this mount. The only change I made was removing the o-ring. Not enough thread to use with. If you try, you will inevitably break some threads. I use it on a Leupold BX-4 Pro Guide 12x50. They are a bit heavy and this mount feels very strong. It actually looks like an extension of my monopod. Take away, shaking when walking is not a problem. A slot for a flat head screwdriver is awesome. The spacing between the lenses is very tight and I can't get my fingers in enough to really squeeze it. I wanted to pull the trigger on a $20 Vortex mount based on a recommendation and then decided to see what else was out there. At half the price, with a much better design and use of materials, this is a much better product. I will find a short flathead screwdriver to take with me when glazing for quick attachment and removal. I'm glad I spent a few minutes searching and found this Carson mount.
