Review on 🍳 CROWNFUL 11lb Digital Kitchen Food Scale - Weight in Ounces and Grams, Ideal for Cooking and Baking - 6 Units, Tare Function (Batteries Included) by Deborah Lewis

I purchased this scale specifically to have a higher level of accuracy when baking at home. When I used it that didn't seem to be the case - a scoop of the spice showed 38g when I poured it from a packet that said it was only 26g. Adjusted tare and unit rechecking are the same issues. I took the scale in the bakery and compared it with two scales that we use there professionally. These scales were typically 30-50% overweight. Unless I have a prankster who regularly puts his finger on the scale, the scale is not well calibrated. I was unable to open and use this product when it arrived due to some sort of family emergency trip. Unfortunately, the return period has expired. Luckily it wasn't very expensive. You get what you pay for and in this case I have a scale that is a little less accurate than putting the ingredients directly in your hand and judging based on experience.
