Review on Wisdompro by Charles Parente

Wisdompro's lackluster customer service was a major letdown for me after positive experiences with other online retailers of office supplies. They stand out from the competition not for the quality of their items but for the poor quality of their customer service. Their customer service department was unhelpful and unresponsive when I had a query regarding a product. To receive a simple response, I had to jump through hoops. And when there was a problem with my order, the staff wasn't very helpful and didn't appear to care much about making things right. Wisdompro's indifference to its clients is what sets it apart from the competition. Wisdompro appears content to provide mediocre service and leave their clients to fend for themselves, in contrast to the practices of many other businesses. In conclusion, Wisdompro is not an office supplies company I would ever suggest to anyone. As a result of my unsatisfactory interaction with their customer support department, I will never do business with them again.
