Bought for lunch break so excited when it arrived. Unpacked, connected as described. It was plug and play or so it was called, but it wasn't plug and play and it didn't work as advertised. After a very frustrating couple of days trying to get it to work, I contacted this company's tech support and explained that when scanning, a 4-digit barcode is scanned and converted to a 25-digit barcode that has the correct numbers in it the barcode number contains . Technical support wanted more information so I sent a copy of the barcode scanned by this scanner and then by two other scanners. The other two scanners had the correct number - this scanner had a 25 digit number. I sent them this to show that it's not working properly. After sending them the requested information 2 weeks ago, I heard nothing. I contacted them a week later and still haven't heard from them.
