Technology defective
I loved this car. Every morning I looked forward to the most delicious coffee. I went broke and paid over $600 because it got great reviews from Americas Test Kitchen. Fast forward 4 months from the date of purchase the automatic sensor broke. Spent hours on youtube watching videos and fixing the machine to no avail. I ordered another one - yes I loved it so much - immediately SAME PROBLEM Coffee funnel sensor not working (yes I sent it back same day) A quick google search I know this is a Gaggia issue. So far no help from Revain and no response from the manufacturer to replace or repair the machine. Me, no coffee, I'm unhappy :(
