Rock solid and sturdy
Exactly what I was looking for. I have my 100lbs bag attached to it and it doesn’t bend or bow under heavy use. I also wanted to have the ability to move it to "stow it away”. Keep in mind doing it means breaking out the drill or a ratchet so it’s not a quick process. I wish they have a pullout pin method but at this price point I’m not complaining. Make sure to brace it properly. The provided bolts were good but unless it’s concrete you’ll most likely only be able to hit one stuff. So get double of 2 by 4 and have them run horizontally between two studs and mount it to that. Highly recommended
