I definitely recommend it, it makes life with a cable a lot easier.

This cable crimping tool fits the cable I ordered perfectly. I got it to install lights around my campsite. As expected, the tool is lightweight. Anything cheap will break in 2 minutes if you try to cut the cord. It doesn't look cheap at all. The handle is a good size that offers a good grip when squeezing. They contain 100 double ferrules for use with wire rope. This is exactly what you need to keep the rope taut.
