Great bread knife. Heavy Duty Long Serrated Blade
I like this knife. It was an expensive purchase considering I started baking bread at home to save money and control what goes into the bread I feed my family. But with this knife, cutting bread is so much fun, it was worth it. Long serrated blades cut quickly and cleanly. It does not crush soft bread and does not break crusty bread. And it's so easy to get even slices. Be careful, the blade is very sharp! I love Global knives. It had great nubbed global grip. I am very excited to add this bread knife to my growing collection.
