Naturally, I utilized an adapter (Espada M2Mac13-17) in order to carry out the installation. During the installation process, it was necessary to use some force in order to insert the SSD into the adapter (or the adapter itself into the laptop socket; I can't recall which was done first). It was difficult to carry out the task in a morally upstanding manner because the application of technology is usually unsettling. But after that, everything worked out perfectly, and I have no problems at this point.
