Pro: Works as advertised. A few bucks saved. Mixes well. gives a light milkshake feeling. No product defects (plastic, undyed parts and horrible taste like it has mold) like the Nutricost reviews. I wanted to buy whey isolate from Nutricost but got it because I wanted to live within my means. I would choose again and again. Cons: There are no dosage recommendations on the packaging. Conclusion: great purchase. As Nicky's commercial says, "Just do it."
