I ordered this set for my parent's home. The candles work great so far, and they look very nice in the windows. They're not the most sturdy items, but they're completely fine for seasonal use. I must add that the customer support by Roma at TQS is excellent.

Looks just as advertised at day, nice glow at night, I like the way the brightness ebbs and flows and flickers as a nice approximation to a real candle. Remote control is nifty. Arrived well packaged, in good shape, and very timely. Note: not as bright as an incandescent bulb.

So far, they work well in regards to functionality but they do look really cheap. Also, they put off a yellowy green light.not a warm glow like a real candle.

One candle arrived broken, top broken off. 5 others in good condition.This is the second time I ordered this set of candles. Won't order again.

I mean you really dont need the remote control. You can set the timer function once with all the candles in the same room and then just put them in the windows in other rooms. They come on and go off that same time everyday. Theyre just great!

Easy to assemble, nice options for brightness and effect (flicker or steady) & perfect window sill height for exterior display. (suggest flicker be a little more pronounced in the next upgrade, with a more flame-colored bulb)Would be perfect if better/more detailed instruction for using the remote were included - still haven't figured out why they don't always turn off with timer set.

I used these on my window sill. One of the candle sticks did not work at all because it was only the one that didn't work I refused to return. Can you replace the one?

Excellent product. Very pleased and will buy again. I ordered this item for Christmas 2016. This past weekend as I was putting up my decorations I could not find the remote. I wrote an email asking if a replacement remote was available. It was the holiday weekend so I did not expect a reply until during the week. However I received a replay that same day and 3 days later I had a new remote. Very quick reply and true to their word.

What I like most about my candles is that there are no plugs, so no need to turn them on and off every night. What I like the least is that the light is not as bright when in flickering mode. However overall, I would rate them a 4 1/2 star.

Not as bright as I would have likes. They do look pretty in the windows, timers work perfectly and long battery life. Just wish it was brighter.

The candles are bright, which is why I purchased them. However, the remote does not work at all. This forces us to turn on and off 16 candles manually each day. I had a prior set of candles (not this manufacturer) which allowed you to turn all candles on at one time and they were set for 8 hours. Never had to touch them again until the end of the season. Those candles were rather dim lit and orange colored. I guess it's not possible to have both beautiful candles and a positive experience.

I was skeptical at first, but these turned out to be a great product. They're bright enough to be seen from the development across the street and put out a nice warm glow.

They work the way they say they are supposed to, but I'm extremely disappointed that you have to get within a couple of feet of the candle to turn it on and off. Might as well just get the ones that plug in with a switch, because you'll be walking all over your house to turn them on and off!

These were wonderful for the holiday season - they looked great in the windows and were easy to program. You do need to add the 'aaa' batteries, but it's easy to put them in and once everything is set, pick a time and use the remote to have the candles go on and off at a set time. They give a nice golden glow and they were 'heavy' enough to stay in the windows without anything holding them in place.

A few of the candles were quite ‘touchy’. They didn’t want to stay lit at first. The remote worked on most candles but with a few, it just never worked. Never could get the brightness or flicker to change. They are also shorter than most candles. I actually like my dollar store candles better.
