My Frustrating Interactions with the Ponkor Company

My recent interaction with Ponkor, a business that specializes in products for the home and kitchen as well as furniture and replacement parts, was a source of frustration for me in my role as a homeowner. I needed a replacement part for my kitchen faucet, and I heard that Ponkor had a broad selection of replacement parts, so I decided to give them a try. Ponkor advertises that they have a wide selection of replacement parts. Despite the fact that it was advertised as being compatible with my particular model, the part that I obtained did not work properly with my faucet, much to my disappointment. When I contacted their customer service team, I was expecting for a simple and speedy resolution, but instead, I received responses that were unhelpful and condescending. I was left with a faulty faucet and a sense of disappointment in Ponkor's lack of accountability and customer service after several frustrating attempts to resolve the problem. I was also left feeling frustrated. My interactions with their company have made me wary of doing business with them in the future, despite the fact that their products might have an appealing appearance. Overall, if I were to speak to other people who were looking for replacement parts or house and kitchen products, I would not recommend Ponkor to them. It is difficult to place confidence in their products and brand due to the absence of quality control as well as the poor customer service.

Pros
  • Extensive selection of premium housewares and cooking utensils
Cons
  • There are few available choices for international shipping.
