Poor Quality Hardware
I bought these to save money on replacing all the door handles in my house. The first was great, the second had a scratch, the third had the handle/lever ripped out of my hand trying to open the door. I snapped it in place and it seemed to stay put but I figured why pay for poor quality. How long do they really last? So I sent back everything I bought and then I bought Schlage, which is what I was supposed to do. live and learn
