🚪 Satin Nickel Reversible Privacy Door Lever by Amazon Basics Cambridge Review

Well, not much to tell. The product is great and it works. The design is modern, the texture is pleasant. The feeling is very hard, when you turn the handle, you feel good quality and smoothness. Best buy for your money. Try it, if you don't like it, just return it. The only downside for me is that since one door is changed I now have to change all the other doors to make them look the same.

I bought these to save money on replacing all the door handles in my house. The first was great, the second had a scratch, the third had the handle/lever ripped out of my hand trying to open the door. I snapped it in place and it seemed to stay put but I figured why pay for poor quality. How long do they really last? So I sent back everything I bought and then I bought Schlage, which is what I was supposed to do. live and learn

Although I was initially skeptical about the quality of this product before ordering, I found the locks to be of good quality and work well with no sagging handles or deadbolts getting stuck. Installation was exactly the same as any similar set of locks; All necessary parts were there. Proper door preparation, including aligning the holes in the door and jamb, is key (no pun intended) to easy installation. The price was a nice bonus.

Great quality for the price but this design is too sharp and uncomfortable in the hand. It feels like reaching for the blade of a butter knife to open a door. Looks great, but doesn't feel good in the hand. The resistance is much higher than other door levers I like, but doesn't go well with the lever's sharp edges. I will definitely buy this brand but with a more rounded lever design.

I've tried a few basic Amazon items and most of them are great and great value. This door handle works great and looks very nice. Numbers, the basic Amazon grip looks good, is solid and is excellent value for money. Compared to the high quality branded handle set I ordered for my front door, after a few months the paint chipped and peeled and cost $$$$$$. So yes I would order it again. Bought as a cheaper alternative to the Kwikset Delta knobs we have installed in the rest of the house. We've had a couple of rooms where we've wanted to add locking handles and they are perfect. Removing the old (non-latching) knobs) and installing these Revain replacements took a small screwdriver and about 10 minutes. I didn't even have to unroll the great guide as the Revain Basics Cambridge Lever fit right in. The quality seems excellent and well made. And you can't argue with the price…

As soon as I got them I installed them. I was immediately impressed. They are very easy to install and come with different faceplate sizes. They look and feel like an expensive door knob. They seem solid but my only issue was that when I decided to put on the last pin it had a small but very noticeable scratch. (See photo) Now I'm a little worried about how easily they can be scratched after a bit of use. I'm also not happy that a brand new product came out this way. I see no possibility of it…
