Although I was initially skeptical about the quality of this product before ordering, I found the locks to be of good quality and work well with no sagging handles or deadbolts getting stuck. Installation was exactly the same as any similar set of locks; All necessary parts were there. Proper door preparation, including aligning the holes in the door and jamb, is key (no pun intended) to easy installation. The price was a nice bonus.
